The PAN Section of Early Career Psychiatrists (PAN-ECP) is established as a forum to provide bi-directional communication between the PAN and psychiatrists who are in the early stages of their psychiatric careers.

Membership of the PAN-ECP is automatic and includes all psychiatrists who have obtained specialization license in psychiatry from Nepal Medical Council for seven years from the date of specialization mentioned in the license certificate.

Aims

The PAN-ECP aims to identify and address issues common to Early Career Psychiatrists (ECPs) to promote professional development.

The roles of executive committee are:

1. To help identify and represent the interests of ECPs locally, regionally, and internationally.
2. To contribute to the design of activities and educational endeavours of the PAN as they relate to the professional development of ECPs.
3. To facilitate participation of ECPs within the membership and leadership of the PAN.
